
Brown Sugar Maple Glazed Ham
Intro:
Sticky, caramelized maple-brown sugar glaze that turns an ordinary holiday ham into a showstopper.
Ingredients:
- 1 (8–10 lb) spiral ham
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp ground cloves
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 2 hours
Directions:
- Whisk glaze ingredients together.
- Brush over ham and bake at 325°F for 2–2½ hours, basting every 20 mins.
