Gingerbead Cheesecake Dip

A no-bake holiday party hit — this tastes like gingerbread + cheesecake had a baby. Serve with graham crackers, apples, or pretzels.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream)
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp nutmeg

Prep Time: 5 mins
No baking

Directions:

  1. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add molasses, vanilla, and spices.
  3. Fold in Cool Whip.
