
1. Peppermint Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Servings: ~24 cookies
Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix (15.25 oz)
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- ½ tsp peppermint extract
- ½ cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
- Optional: crushed candy cane for topping
Directions
- In a bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and peppermint extract until a thick dough forms.
- Chill dough 30 minutes (helps get cracks).
- Roll tablespoon-sized balls and coat heavily in powdered sugar.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 min until cracked.
- While warm, sprinkle crushed candy cane on top.
