
3-Ingredient Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup softened butter (2 sticks)
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
Directions
- Cream butter + sugar until fluffy.
- Add flour until dough forms.
- Roll dough into log, slice into cookies, or press into a pan and cut later.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 12–15 minutes until edges are just golden.
Add-on Variations
- Dip in white chocolate and sprinkle crushed candy cane
- Add vanilla bean paste or lemon zest
